Invoice Payment

To ensure a smooth and efficient process, we offer the following payment methods for QDRO preparation and related services:

1. Pay Online via PayPal

 Pay quickly and securely using PayPal. You do not need a PayPal account to use this option—major credit and debit cards are accepted.

To pay with PayPal:

• Click the “Submit” button at the end of your QDRO intake form.
• You will be redirected to a page with PayPal payment instructions or sent an invoice link.
• Follow the prompts to complete your payment.

Note: We do not begin processing your QDRO until payment is received.

2. Invoice Payment Link

 Prefer to receive a secure invoice directly? We can email you a custom payment link.

To request an invoice:

• Email us at emily@polariscapitaladvisors.com or note it in your intake form.
• We will send a secure payment link where you can pay by credit/debit card or ACH transfer.

3. Pay by Check

 If you prefer to mail a check, please send it to the address below. Be sure to include your full name and reference the QDRO name(s) to ensure timely processing.

Reminders

• You will receive periodic payment reminders until payment is completed.
